Ticketing Terms & Conditions (Template)

1. General

By purchasing or using a ticket to Wings Over Ocala Florida Airshow ("the Event"), the ticket holder agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all venue rules, event staff instructions, and applicable laws. Tickets are issued by JLC AirShow Management ("the Organizer").

2. Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid only for the date(s), time(s), and admission type printed or encoded on it.

Tickets are valid for one-time entry per day unless explicitly sold as multi-day or re-entry passes.

Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced or honored.

Tickets must be presented (printed or on a mobile device) and may be scanned at entry. A ticket is only valid until first scanned; duplicate or resold barcodes will be denied entry.

3. Purchases

All ticket sales are processed through Flicket. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers, brokers, or auction sites are not guaranteed valid and may be denied entry without refund.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until the purchase is completed.

All fees (service, processing, delivery) are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by law or as stated below.

Rain or Shine: The Event takes place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather, cloud cover, wind, or other conditions that do not result in full event cancellation.

Flight Operations: Air show performances (including military and civilian aerobatic acts) are subject to change, delay, substitution, or cancellation at the discretion of performers, air bosses, or the FAA/military for safety, weather, mechanical, or operational reasons. No refunds will be issued due to changes to the flying schedule, performer lineup, or performance order.

Full Event Cancellation: If the Event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered [a refund / credit toward a future event / exchange for the rescheduled date] as determined by the Organizer.

Postponement: If the Event is postponed and rescheduled, tickets will generally be honored on the new date. Refunds for postponed events are at the Organizer's discretion.

Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing the refund policy before purchase; failure to attend for personal reasons (illness, travel issues, change of plans, etc.) does not entitle the holder to a refund.

5. Entry, Security & Conduct

Admission may be denied to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, disorderly, or fails to comply with security screening.

All bags, coolers, and persons are subject to search upon entry. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry of any item deemed unsafe or prohibited.

Prohibited items typically include (list is illustrative — confirm actual policy): weapons of any kind, fireworks, drones/UAVs, laser pointers, outside alcohol, glass containers, large umbrellas, chairs above a stated size, pets (except service animals), and items deemed hazardous by security or law enforcement.

Re-entry is [permitted with a valid hand stamp/wristband / not permitted] unless otherwise stated on the ticket.

Children under [age] may be admitted free but must have a ticket/wristband and be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person from the venue, without refund, for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms or venue rules.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Air shows involve inherent risks, including but not limited to aircraft noise, low-altitude flight, high speeds, debris, and the possibility of accidents. By entering the Event, ticket holders acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks.

The Organizer, venue owners, sponsors, performers, and their respective agents and employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the Event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct, and to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Ticket holders attend at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance.

7. Photography, Video & Publicity

Entry to the Event constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grants the Organizer and its partners/sponsors the right to use such images or footage for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

Personal photography/video for non-commercial use is generally permitted; commercial photography, filming, or drone use requires prior written authorization from the Organizer.

8. Accessibility

Accessible seating/viewing areas and accommodations are available upon request. Contact [accessibility contact/email] in advance of the Event to arrange accommodations.

9. Health & Safety

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, delay, or suspend the Event for safety reasons, including severe weather, security threats, or FAA/airfield directives, without liability or refund obligation beyond what is stated in Section 4.

10. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual only through Flicket. The Organizer is not responsible for verifying the identity of a transferred ticket's holder.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer's total liability arising from ticket purchase or Event attendance shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased.

12. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disaster, government or military directive, act of terrorism, pandemic, or air traffic/airspace restrictions.
